Why this build works

Everyone sleeps on the Panto, so I figured I'd build the most ignored car in GTA into something that actually turns heads. It's fully race underneath, race brakes, race transmission, competition suspension and full armor, so it moves properly and holds together. The outside stays simple on purpose, just the aero front bumper, a carbon roof and chrome rally wheels. Where it really comes alive is at night, the dark green paint with green neon all around makes something this tiny look genuinely mean. That contrast is the whole point, a car nobody respects that's put together better than most of the sports cars people actually brag about.
