Declasse Premier

Declasse's plain four door, and the car half of Los Santos learned to drive in. The Premier is a mid nineties sedan with a chrome split grille and square tail lights, sold cheap and used hard by everybody who owned one. Anonymous in a way that has occasionally been useful.
